Tickets are permitted to be transferred up till 8pm on the day of the event. If you are trying after this time you will be unable to transfer it, do not attempt to do so. The ticket can now only be used by the ticket holder. We will not permit a screenshot or photo of that ticket.
If it is not yet past the 8pm deadline it is likely that the ticket has been transferred the maximum number of times which is 3 transfers.
